Job Description

  • Utilizing industry best practices and techniques to build IPA solutions through an understanding of evolving business needs and technical capabilities
  • Understand Business needs and elicit and document requirements, detailing current state and to-be state application behaviour in the PDD
  • Review with stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements
  • Achieve consensus on business needs, usability, performance and feasibility
  • For internal customers being supported:
    • Develop and maintain knowledge & learning
    • Build approach to test the IPA enabled process
    • Advise Development teams on troubleshooting analysis
    • Proliferate offerings to sales team
  • Follow standard documentation processes, focusing on objectives of the customer and development
  • Support project planning and status reporting
  • Sharing of knowledge and learning amongst peers
  • Collaborate and execute project in a Global Delivery Model
  • Participate in all project ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Demo or Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Grooming

Establish strong relationship with stakeholders at client location to drive collaboration for delivering quality solutions to customers

Job Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 8 + years IT experience across Business Analysis or Development or Quality assurance areas
  • Minimum 3+ years in Robotic Process Automation projects using industry leading RPA technology like – UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
  • Experience working as Business Systems Analyst in Banking & Financial domain IT projects
  • Proficient in Conceptual Process Redesign
  • Analytical skills, problem solving skills
  • BA tools and techniques
  • Strong experience in analyzing and documenting business processes
  • Experience in understanding and transcribing technical flows, data and system analysis
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Stakeholder management, communication skills, learning oriented, consensus building
  • Experience working in a global delivery model, multivendor ecosystem

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience working in Agile framework

Experience working with Bank Operations areas like Contact Center and Back Office
